The Licensee to give a cheque of one month rental as a guarantee cheque.

The Licensor will provide only space and all other cost to be borne by the
Licensee including permission if any.

Generator Platform

The Licensor will provide 1 Generator Platform.

Water

Boring water will be provided by the Licensor. 

23.

Flooring

FM2 flooring with capacity of 6 tons / sqm with sodium silicate densification. 

Annexure I

  • Toilets: Bare shell structure will be provided by the Licensor.
  • Shutters: Standard shutters will be provided by the Licensor.
  • Fire Hydrant system will be provided including sprinkler in the premises. 
  • Fire Door & RCC Water tank for Firefighting will be provided by the Licensor.
  • Thermal wrap double bubble Insulation of 8mm will be provided by the Licensor. 
  • Loading bays to be provided by the Licensor.
  • Roof Monitor to be provided instead of Ridge/Turbo vent.
  • 4.5mtr canopy will be provided by the Licensor.  
  • Electric Transformer will be provided as per standard requirement.
